Use of Our Facility

We welcome the use of our facility by members and others in our community as long as the event doesn’t conflict with church events and the purpose of the meeting is consistent with the mission and convictions of the church. Anyone who wants to use the facility must request scheduling and approval by the elders in advance.

To request scheduling and approval:

  • Read the policy statement and the “last-out” checklist below
  • Submit a scheduling request

Scheduling Request

“Last-Out” Checklist

1. (Sunday night) Trash empty (don’t forget the nursery J ), large can down to street.

2. Back Doors Locked. (The switch should be horizontal.)

3. Thermostats back to “Schedule”

           (Press any button to awaken thermostat, press the middle button once. Pad will read, “Schedule” in bottom middle of the window.)

4. Lights out.

           All lights in the building should be out. Lights under the drive through should be out. Flood lights should be left on.

5. Front door panic bar released. (Use allen wrench hanging at top right of door frame.)

6. Front door locked.

If you have used the building for an event, please ensure that the kitchen has been returned to clean and ready for the next group. Coffee pots should be empty and clean, counters wiped down, dishes washed and put away where you found them.

All furniture should be returned to its original location. If extra tables have been used, please return them to the outside storage building.
